Tomato Seed Oil

Tomato Seed Oil is loaded with carotenoid antioxidants (lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin), and an abundant source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols and minerals. Due to the high antioxidant content, Formulators are using Tomato Seed Oil for skin and hair care formulations targeting sun damage, age spots, anti-aging mature skin formulations as well as creams and hair conditioners.

Fatty Acid Content:

Linoleic (C18:2) Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acid: >55%
Oleic (C18:1) Omega-9 Fatty Acid: >24%
Linolenic Acid (C18:3) Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acid: >2%

Suggested Use Levels: 1.0-10.0%

Suggested Applications: Anti-aging, Conditioner, Antioxidant

Manufacturing Method: Cold Pressed and Refined

Formulation Guidelines: Add to the oil phase of your formulation

Storage: Protected from direct light and humidity at a temperature of 50°-77°F (10°-25°C)

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture, properly stored, in sealed container.

This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
