Grape seed oil comes from the seeds of grapes, as its name indicates, and is a byproduct of wine making. While it’s normally used for cooking, grape seed oil doesn’t have much of a fragrance and is easily absorbed by skin, making it an excellent option as a carrier oil.

It contains more linoleic acid than many other carrier oils.

Grape seed oil is also used as a lubricant for shaving and as a growth and strengthening treatment for hair.
